DISTRICT 5 SUPERVISOR - VACANT

Due to the death of Supervisor Mario Biagi on December 28, 2005, the District V Supervisor seat is currently vacant. Due to his earlier resignation, his term was due to expire on December 31, 2005. Until such time as the Governor appoints a successor to Supervisor Biagi, or the electorate votes in a new supervisor to fill this position, the seat will remain vacant.
