Land Park Tree Topples, Heat May Be To Blame

LAND PARK (CBS13) ― A giant tree has fallen and is blocking a major street in Land Park.
 
No injuries or damages are reported.
 
The large oak came crashing onto Vallejo Way near 3rd Avenue this morning.
 
It's unclear what caused the tree to come down but super hot weather can stress older trees.  And with triple-digit temperatures this week, more branches or trees could come down.
