General Services Administration: Approval of a decrease in #1810-56180 in the amount of $1,000,000.00 and an increase in #1810-56185 in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for a Capital Facilities Fee transfer of funds and approval to transfer funds in the amount of $158,442.62 from #1810-101184 to #1810-101181. B. Clerk/Recorder’s Office: Approval to purchase a social security truncation server from AtPac utilizing funds from the recorder’s “Social Security Truncation Trust Fund” in an amount not to exceed $3,500.00. 2. TAX MATTERS A. Assessor’s Office: Approval of a withdrawal of Application for Changed Assessment, #2008-03, Assessment #018-320-039-000, for Larry D. Mann. B. Assessor’s Office: Approval of a withdrawal of Application for Changed Assessment, #2008-10 and 11, for Leask-Ione Holdings, LLC, et al, per Agent Robert R. Rubin of McDonough Holland & Allen, PC, Attorneys at Law. 3. RESOLUTIONS A. Agriculture Department: Approval of a resolution approving the agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture relative to the Pest Detection Insect Trapping Program for the 2008-09 and 2009-10 Fiscal Years (Contract #08-0666). B. County Counsel: Approval of a resolution to approve a “Preparatory Agreement” and an “Administrative “Agreement” relative to the collection and administration of the sales tax authorized by Ordinance No. 1676. C. Public Works Agency: Approval of a resolution approving an agreement with the California Department of Forestry (CDF) for roadside management services and reimbursement by the Public Works Agency in the form of road work in and around CDF facilities. D. Surveying Department: Approval of a resolution issuing Certificates of Compliance to David and Nancy Peckinpaugh, Co-Trustees of the Peckinpaugh 2004 Family Trust of September 16, 2004. E. Treasurer-Tax Collector: Approval of a resolution approving the Statement of Investment Policy of the Amador County Treasurer-Tax Collector. 4. AGREEMENTS A. General Services Administration: Approval of awarding Bid No. 08-40 to R. L. Foy, Inc., Jackson, CA, in the amount of $17,000.00 for debris removal and disposal services at 14946 Cyprus Trail, River Pines, CA, for the Code Enforcement Department. B. General Services Administration: Approval of a Standard Renewal Loan Agreement with the Department of the Navy, National Museum of Naval Aviation, for an additional five years for the loan of an F-86F SABRE that is currently located at Westover Field/Amador County Airport which replaces the existing agreement with the Museum which was approved by the Board of Supervisors in February 2004. C. Public Health Department: Approval of a renewal of the Standard Agreement with the County of San Joaquin to allow San Joaquin County to act as fiscal agent for Amador County Public Health for the purpose of organizing and maintaining the Immunization Registry database as required by State Contract #08-85366. 5. ORDINANCES None 6. MISCELLANEOUS APPOINTMENTS/RESIGNATIONS A. Agricultural Advisory Committee: Approval of the appointment of Mr. Chris Bennett to the subject Committee; his appointment is coterminous with Supervisor John Plasse for a term to run from January 27, 2009 through December 31, 2012, and the appointment of Mr. John Allen to the subject Committee. His appointment is coterminous with Supervisor Louis Boitano for a term to run from January 27, 2009 through December 31, 2012. B. CSAC Excess Insurance Authority Board of Directors: Approval of the appointment of Ms. Terri Daly as the designated representative and Ms. Jackie Friday as the designated alternate representative to the subject Board of Directors. C. Commission on Aging: Approval of the reappointment of Ms. Stacey Mathis to the subject Commission for a term to run from January 27, 2009 through January 26, 2012. 7. MISCELLANEOUS A. General Services Administration: Approval of the retention schedule, revisions and proposed revised retention schedule for the Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and Measures. B. General Services Administration: Approval of waiving the formal bid process for the purchase of refurbished cubicles for Mental Health and authorizing the purchasing agent to issue a purchase order in the amount of $5,022.56 to randmoffice.com of Sacramento, CA. 8. REFERRALS A. New Life Christian Center (Pastor Jay Donnelly): Application for General Plan Moratorium Exemption relative to the 134 acre parcel owned by the Oneto Trust. (Referred to the Planning Department) 9. GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE A. Memorandum dated January 7, 2009 from United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service relative to the Eldorado National Forest’s Schedule of Proposed Actions (SOPA) for projects now being considered on the Forest for Amador, Georgetown, Pacific and Placerville counties. B. Memorandum dated January 12, 2009 from the State of California Fish and Game Commission relative to Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action and a Notice of Findings that delta smelt warrants uplisting from endangered to threatened species status. C. Commendation dated January 15, 2009 from Ms. Lois Bonneau commending the Road Crew for the exceptional work done on Shakeridge Road. D.
