Anyone who wishes to address the Board must speak from the podium and should print their name on the Board Meeting 
Speaker list, which is located on the podium. The Clerk will collect the list at the end of the meeting. 

Public hearing items will commence no sooner than the times listed on the agenda. Closed Session agenda items may be heard before or 
after scheduled public hearings, dependent upon progression of the agenda.

Requests must be made as early as possible and at least one-full business day before the start of the meeting. 

Pursuant to Government Code 54957.5, all materials relating to an agenda item for an open session of a regular meeting of the Board of 
Supervisors which are provided to a majority or all of the members of the Board by Board members, staff or the public within 72 hours of 
but prior to the meeting will be available for public inspection, at and after the time of such distribution, in the office of the Clerk of the 
Board of Supervisors, 810 Court Street, Jackson, California 95642, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 
p.m., except for County holidays. Materials distributed to a majority or all of the members of the Board at the meeting will be available 
for public inspection at the public meeting if prepared by the members of the Board or County staff and after the public meeting if 
prepared by some other person. Availability of materials related to agenda items for public inspection does not include materials that are 
exempt from public disclosure under Government Code sections 6253.5, 6254, 6254.3, 6254.7, 6254.15, 6254.16, or 6254.22. 

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.7, prior to convening into closed session, the Board will disclose in open 
session, during which time the public may be present, the item or items to be discussed in the closed session. In the 
closed session, the legislative body may consider only those matters covered in its statement. After closed session, the 
Board shall reconvene into open session prior to adjournment and shall make any disclosures required by Government 
Code Section 54957.1 of action taken in the closed session. Nothing in this section shall require or authorize a 
disclosure of information prohibited by state or federal law. 

If all matters are not completed, the Board will suspend closed session and open the public portion of the meeting at 

9:00 a.m. Any remaining closed session matters will be heard at the conclusion of the public portion of the meeting. 


CLOSED SESSION may be called for labor negotiations (pursuant to Government Code §54957.6), personnel 
matters (pursuant to Government Code §54957), real estate negotiations/acquisitions (pursuant to Government Code 
§54956.8), and/or pending or potential litigation (pursuant to Government Code §54956.9). Following Closed 
Session the Board will announce any action taken in Open Session.

Planning Department / Edward Rockower: Discussion and possible action relative to 
consideration of denial without prejudice for General Plan Amendment request (RGP02;
7-1) from A-T (Agricultural-Transition) and O-R (Open-Recreation) to R-S 
(Residential-Suburban); and Zone Change request (ZC-02;7-1) from “R1A,” Single 
Family Residential and Agricultural District to “R1,” Single Family Residential District 
for previously denied Subdivision Map No. 113 (Sixteenth Fairway) due to inactivity 
(APN 033-010-088-000).

Planning Department / Aaron Brusatori, et al: Discussion and possible action relative 
to a public hearing to consider a request for a variance from County Code Section 
19.48.110 M (minimum setback-50 feet from centerline of traveled roadbed) for 
proposed Lots 1, 3, 4, and 6 along the property lines fronting Old Ridge Road and for 
proposed lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 where they front an internal road for Tentative Subdivision 
Map No. 177 – East Ridge Business Park (APN 044-020-036; and -037).

Planning Department / Aaron Brusatori, et al: Discussion and possible action relative 
to a public hearing to consider an appeal of Condition No. 26 B.2 which requires 
payment in full and construction of signalization for a four-way intersection at Ridge 
Road, Sweet Pea Way, and the project site, for Tentative Subdivision Map No. 177 – East 
Ridge Business Park (APN 044-020-036; -037). Appeal requests Condition be amended 
to only require payment of project’s fair share contribution of the cost of the signalization 
of the intersection.
