After closed session, the Board shall reconvene into open session prior to adjournment and shall make any disclosures required by Government Code Section 54957.1 of action taken in the closed session. Planning Department / Edward Rockower: Discussion and possible action relative to consideration of denial without prejudice for General Plan Amendment request (RGP02; 7-1) from A-T (Agricultural-Transition) and O-R (Open-Recreation) to R-S (Residential-Suburban); and Zone Change request (ZC-02;7-1) from “R1A,” Single Family Residential and Agricultural District to “R1,” Single Family Residential District for previously denied Subdivision Map No. 113 (Sixteenth Fairway) due to inactivity (APN 033-010-088-000). 8. Appeal requests Condition be amended to only require payment of project’s fair share contribution of the cost of the signalization of the intersection.
