Rodman, Dennis and Beishline, Nancy: Discussion and possible action relative to a public hearing to consider an appeal of the following conditions of approval for resubmitted Parcel Map No. 2520: Condition No. 12 requiring either: a. Complete clean closure of the disposal site under the oversight of the Amador County Local Enforcement Agency. {OR} b. Cover all wastes at the old Sutter Creek dump site; erect fencing around the perimeter of the site; post signs stating “No Dumping – No Trespassing” around perimeter of the site; and prepare and record a document locating the dump site and describing the limitations on activities.
