Super wasteful

The waste of money spent on elections is ridiculous in this day and age of technology!

Our votes count for nothing. The only way we are going to truly have a say is by completely doing away with the electoral delegation and super delegates. They do not have to go according to the voters' wishes and do not have to answer to anyone! There are no rules or regulations as to how or for whom they are required to vote.

Let's take back our country by circulating a petition to do away with this injustice. This may have been an easier way to count votes for the election of president and vice president in 1803 when the 12th amendment was proposed and signed. It was ratified in 1804.

With today's technology, popular votes are counted immediately or soon after the election takes place. This makes the electoral delegation a worthless and costly step in today's elections. The only purpose they serve is to sway elections from the people. Remember, our government is supposed to be "by the people and for the people," not by delegates who have their own rules.
