AMENDMENT TO THE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE OF THE CITY OF SUTTER CREEK, SUTTER HILL EAST, LAFCO PROJECT #253; RESOLUTION NUMBER 2009-04 Proposal by the City of Sutter Creek to add 5 parcels to the city sphere to allow the Sutter Hill East Reorganization; consisting of APNs 044-020-100,103,105,106,107, south of Ridge Road. (Lead Agency: City of Sutter Creek, Mitigated Negative Declaration) 8. SUTTER HILL EAST REORGANIZATION, LAFCO PROJECT #254; RESOLUTION NUMBER 2009-05 Proposal by the City of Sutter Creek consisting of 56.3 acres including the following parcels: 40-030-063; 44-020-025, 027, 028, 030, 031, 032, 036, 037, 100, 103, 105, 106, and 107. The reorganization includes annexation to the City of Sutter Creek & Sutter Creek Fire Protection District and detachment from Amador Fire Protection District. The reorganization area is located near Ridge Road east of State Route 49; east of Sutter Hill Rd, north and south of Eureka Rd, and north and south of Ridge Road. DRYTOWN COUNTY WATER DISTRICT SPHERE OF INFLUENCE; LAFCO PROJECT #255; RESOLUTION #2009-06 Proposal by the Drytown County Water District for a sphere of influence including land within the existing boundary and current service area of the district (CEQA Exempt Section 15061(b)(3)) 10. AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH SPHERE OF INFLUENCE; RESOLUTION #2009-07 Proposal by the City of Plymouth to conform its current sphere of influence to follow existing parcel lines.
