Projects being completed

  • Silver Pointe, 46 units on lots of 4 to 7.5 acre, off Highway 88 above Mace Meadows (formerly called Mount Crossman Estates)
  • Butte Mountain Estates, 12 units, 5-acre parcels
  • Petersen Ranch, 58 lots, 1+ acres each
  • Christina Pines, 12 lots, 5 to 40 acres each
  • Martell and Sierra West Business Parks, both on the old mill site at Martell

Projects approved but not yet completed

  • Quail Ridge, off Highway 88 east of Pine Grove, 81 units, mostly 1+ acre single family lots, but also including two fourplexes (formerly known as Valvo Estates)
  • The Pines at Mace Meadows, 13 units, 1/3 acre lots
  • Jackson Valley Estates, Buena Vista, 90 lots.

Projects applied for

  • Pine Grove Bluffs, 28 lots of 1+/- acres each
  • Mokelumne Bluffs, 95 lots, mostly 1+/- acre, plus some multifamily units on larger lots
  • Wicklow Subdivision, 725 +/- units, including single-family homes, apartments, and commercial acreage (see last issue of Focus)

  • Ione Hotel/Senior Community, 120 rooms, 90 senior units (Ione)
  • Castle Oaks buildout, 715 units total (Ione)
