Human Resources: Approval of Second Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement with Karl Knobelauch to provide professional assistance in the area of human resources, employee negotiations and administrative issues. D. General Services Administration: Approval of a Community Hangar License Agreement for Hanger #C-5 for Michael Datema. E. Public Works Agency: Approval of a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Geotechnical Research & Development for geotechnical consulting and/or geotechnical laboratory testing services for a term of one year.
