3. RESOLUTIONS 


 

A. Public Works Agency: Approval of a resolution recognizing and honoring ATI Parts, 
Inc. and Mr. Jim Swift as the recipient of the Amador County 2009 Recycler Ricky 
Award. 

B. Rural Health Joint Powers Authority (RHJPA): Approval of the termination of the 
subject Authority due to inactivity and loss of purpose for existence. 

 

 

4. AGREEMENTS 


 

A. Area 12 Agency on Aging: Approval of an Administrative Match Agreement with the 
subject Agency, effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. 

B. Assessor’s Office: Approval of agreement for exhibit space at the 2009 Amador County 
Fair, as previously approved by the Administrative Committee. 

C. Auditor’s Office: Approval of an Amendment to Agreement with MAXIMUS 
Consulting, Inc. to provide certain Mandated Cost Claiming and Cost Allocation Plan 
Services. 

D. Public Health: Approval of First Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement with 
Jim Link. 

E. Public Works Agency: Approval of Third Amendment to Agreement with Willdan 
Engineering for Professional Consultant Services. 

F. Social Services: Approval of a First Amendment to Agreement for Emergency 
Residential Placement with Amador Residential Partners, Inc. for FY 2009/2010

A. Commission on Aging: Approval of the reappointments of Mr. Al Lennox and Mr. Ron

A. General Services Administration: Approval to award Bid No. 09-08 for various 
vehicles for Sheriff’s Department to lowest bidders and authorize purchasing agent to 
issue purchase orders in the amounts of $66,568.81 to Downtown Ford in Sacramento, 
$163,749.45 to Geweke Ford in Lodi and $116,989.15 to Folsom Lake Ford in Folsom.
