Elections Department: Approval of a decrease in 1510-52300 in the amount of $5,000.00 and an increase in 1510-56200 in the amount of $5,000.00 for the purchase of a replacement flatbed scanner for processing voter registration cards. B. Assessor’s Office: Approval to re-hire extra help person, Phyllis Anderson, from June 15th through August 15th 2009 for the completion of workload and completion of training for roll turnover with funds from the Data Processing Trust Fund. 2. The Resource Connection: Approval of a resolution recognizing and honoring Ms. Catherine Bourland, Resource Connection Executive Director, upon her retirement from the subject agency after 28.6 years of service. 4. AGREEMENTS A. Agriculture Department: Approval of the 26th District Agricultural Association – Agreement for Exhibit Space for the information window at the 2009 County Fair. B. Behavioral Health Department: Approval of a Services Agreement with NorCal Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing for translation services during FY 09/10. C. Human Resources: Approval of Second Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement with Karl Knobelauch to provide professional assistance in the area of human resources, employee negotiations and administrative issues. D. General Services Administration: Approval of a Community Hangar License Agreement for Hanger #C-5 for Michael Datema. E. Public Works Agency: Approval of a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Geotechnical Research & Development for geotechnical consulting and/or geotechnical laboratory testing services for a term of one year. F. Sheriff’s Office: Approval of an agreement with Real Women Ride, Inc. County Counsel: Discussion and possible action relative to adoption of an ordinance amending Chapter 2.32 and Chapter 2.44 of the Amador County Code to separate the positions of county surveyor and county road commissioner, and modify the language for the qualifications to serve as county surveyor. 8. Board of Supervisors: Informational updates by Board members regarding various past and upcoming meetings. 9.
