Item 1- Request for Extension of Tentative Subdivision Map No. 129 Timber Creek Village proposing to divide 153± acres into 7 parcels ranging in size from 0.81 to 2.4 acres with a large remainder parcel for the purpose of sale for future development of a portion of the Kirkwood Specific Plan. (APN’s 026-020-040; 026270-007, -008, -009, -010, -011, and -019). Applicant: Kirkwood Mountain Resort, LLC 

Item 2 - Request for Extension of Tentative Subdivision Map No. 143 Palisades Unit VI proposing to divide 8.1 acres into 21 single family lots; located on the west side of Kirkwood Meadows Dr. just south of Loop Road in the “Ski-In Ski-Out South” area as delineated in the 2003 Kirkwood Specific Plan (APN’s 026-270040 and -041). Applicant: Kirkwood Mountain Resort, LLC 

Item 3 - Request for Extension of Tentative Subdivision Map No. 170 Martin Point proposing to divide 14.4 acres into 34 lots, including one duplex lot (lot #1) and 33 single family residential lots for a total of 35 dwelling units. This project has formerly gone under the name of Ski-in/Ski-out North, and is located south of SR 88 about ½ mile south of SR 88 and west of Kirkwood Meadow Drive directly across from Loop Road. Item 5 - Environmental Document Determination and Possible Project Decision for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2781 proposing the division of 240 + acres into six parcels approximately 40 acres in size; and a variance from Amador County Code Section 17.28.060 (easements to follow lot lines) (APN’s 011-160-040; 011-130044; 011-130-045; 011-130-047; 011-130-048; 011-130-049).

Location: Approximately 600’ north of Highway 88 off Blue Sky Drive in the Sunnybrook area near Ione. Environmental Document: Mitigated Negative Declaration 

Item 6 - Environmental Document Determination and Possible Project Decision for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2638 proposing the division of 4.16 +/- acres into two (2) parcels of 2.24 +/- and 1.92 +/- acres (APN 030170-006-000). 

Applicant: Judy Sherrill Supervisorial District IV 

Location: South of Highway 88 approximately 1/10 mile west of the northern most intersection Highway 88/Irishtown Road junction in Pine Grove.

Item 7 - Request for Use Permit to allow the following in an "R1A" zone district in conjunction with a winery; wine tasting and tours; retail sales of wine and other grape related products; participation in events and social gatherings consisting of a grand opening party, three vintage parties per year, no more than six additional events per year with a maximum of one hundred twenty five persons in attendance, and those events which coincide with the Amador Vintners Association yearly events; picnic area(s); art gallery and sales in combination with the public display and retail sale of winery related promotional gift items and prepackaged foods, not to exceed 500 square feet of interior foot print area; and indoor or outdoor amplified or non-amplified music until 10:00 PM (APN 008-080-017-000).
