Water Supply Management Program 2040 Environmental Documentation
Consistent with the California Environmental Quality Act, EBMUD has published the Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Water Supply Management Program 2040 (WSMP 2040). EBMUD invites public comment on the PEIR during the 45 day review period that began on February 19, 2009 and ends on April 6, 2009.

An accompanying Notice of Availability (NOA) has been prepared, and is available as a PDF file. The NOA contains detailed information on the comment period, locations where hard copies of the Draft PEIR are available for review, and other relevant information.
Four public meetings have been scheduled for March, 2009 during which EBMUD will accept oral comments on the Draft PEIR. Listed below are the locations, dates, and times of the meetings.
