The City of Sutter Creek Planning Commission meeting will be called to order and a quorum determined at 6:00 p.m.

1. PUBLIC MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA -Any person may address the Planning Commission regarding matters not on the agenda and within the purview of the Commission. 

2. MINUTES – Discussion/Approval 
Action Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 25, 2008. 

3. GOLD RUSH RANCH AND GOLF RESORT – Discussion/Action 
Review the Final Environmental Impact Report, General Plan Amendments, Gold Rush Ranch Specific Plan, Zoning Ordinance Amendments, the Vesting Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map, 
and Conditions of Approval and provide a recommendation to the City Council. The project is located southwest of the developed area of Sutter Creek and the site is comprised of 19 individual 
parcels (APN’s 044-430-001 through -016 and 011-330-001 through 003). 
a. Presentation by Dennis Crabb, City Attorney, on the Development Agreement, Fiscal Impact Study, and Amador County Unified School District Condition of Approval; 
b. Discussion of Project consistency with General Plan Policy 2.1 (continued from June 17, 2009 meeting); 
c. Discussion of Gold Rush Ranch Specific Plan Attachment J, Conditions of Approval; 
d. Follow-up from Bob Delp, EIR Consultant, on Final EIR comments at June 17, 2009 meeting; and 
e. If time allows, Planning Commission recommendation on General Plan Amendments, Gold Rush Ranch Specific Plan, Zoning Ordinance Amendments, and Vesting Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map.
