Last week, there were many of us local citizens who waited for hours to see the Sutter Creek Planning Commission vote in favor of the Gold Rush Ranch project. At several points the commissioners mentioned how they had had 25 meetings on the project over two years. I wanted to commend the Planning Commissioners for their diligence. Their exhaustive look at the project speaks well of their final vote of approval of Gold Rush Ranch.
