Having been a merchant in Sutter Creek for years I had the opportunity to see first hand Bill Hepworth's passion for and dedication to making his hometown become the true "jewel of the Motherlode. " Bill is a real Goodwill Ambassador for Sutter Creek; his smile and his warmth are welcome additions to the streets because he seems to bring sunshine wherever he goes.
