2. PUBLIC MATTERS NOT ON THE AGENDA. Discussion items only, no action will be taken. Any person may address the Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Please note - there is a five (5) minute limit. 


3. DISCUSSION ITEMS. 


a. A Resolution Authorizing the City Attorney to Cooperate with the League of California Cities, Other Cities and Counties in Litigation Challenging the Constitutionality of any Seizure by State Government of the City’s Street Maintenance Funds. Review and determine Council action. 


4. CLOSED SESSION. - Conference with Labor Negotiator. Agency Representative, Michael Daly, City Manager. Employee Organizations: General Employee Unit, SEIU Local 1021 and Jackson Police Officers Association (Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6). 


5. ADJOURNMENT
