The Ione City Council will be holding a special workshop meeting Wednesday, Jan. 30 beginning at 4:30 p.m. to discuss a bike and pedestrian transportation plan pertaining to the city.

Attendees will have the chance to review the projects and discuss whether to re-prioritize them. A future public hearing will be held to determine the city's final projects list, which will be submitted to the Amador County Transportation Commission for its re-evaluation and adoption. The city council chambers are located at 1 E. Main St. in Ione.
