May 5 Main Street 11:54 a.m., citizen assist. Occurred on Main Street. Reporting party's ex husband called reporting party two days ago and was acting strange or confused. Yesterday ex husband left nine messages in an hour 45 minutes. Reporting party has received three phone calls today. Ex husband thinks reporting party is calling her. Reporting party feels ex husband has dementia or possible 5150 issues. Martell 12:33 p.m., animal call. Occurred at Safeway on Industry Boulevard. Red Saturn 4-door tinted windows dog inside windows rolled up and doors locked. Engine is running unknown if air conditioner is on. Reporting party concerned for dog welfare. Emigrant Trail 12:39 p.m., theft of property. Occurred on Emigrant Trail. Reporting party is truck driver and currently in Washington State. Had wood and wine barrels taken from property by a neighbor. A neighbor gave permission to a subject to take it without the owners permission. Ridge Road 2:29 p.m., suspicious person. Occurred at Amador Water Agency on Ridge Road. Walking East bound Ridge Road. Subjects were loitering in parking lot. White male adult brown hair, whit tee jeans/ white female adult dark brown pulled up hair, brown top, black skirt, jeans. Subjects came into business asking for water and seemed strange. Kennedy Mine Road 6:50 p.m., citizen assist. Occurred at Kennedy Mine on Kennedy Mine Road. Reporting party's husband has Alzheimers and has run away. Reporting party unable to get near him or he will hit her. She is waiting near the highway. Subject wearing brown sweater, black jeans currently walking up the road towards the highway. Carpenter Gulch Drive 7:48 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Carpenter Gulch Drive. Reporting party wants to file a complaint about her ex husband being verbally abusive to their 8 year old daughter during phone visitations. Daughter lives with father at location, mother lives out of town. May 6 Jura Lane 9:07 a.m., vandalism. Occurred on Jura Lane. Ongoing problem with neighbor. Neighbor has bent the gate and tried to break it and would not close it in an attempt to let the horses out. Reporting party has been instructed by her lawyer to make a report. Reporting party believes subject has left the area. Martell 11:03 a.m., welfare check. Occurred at Martell Station on Highway 49. Reporting party has not heard from brother in a week. Subject on Dialisis and he hasn't been in for Dialisis in a week. Reporting party wants contact on findings. 3:09 p.m., theft of property. Occurred at Walmart on Wicklow Way. Reporting party had a 02 tank and gauges taken from bed of truck. Items were not locked. Holly Lane 11:47 a.m., theft of property. Occurred on Holly Lane. Theft of gas card. Unknown exact location of theft. Gas card mailed in March from Sacramento to P.O. Box Mt. Aukum and gas card was used in Plymouth and Sacramento. Park Circle 1:16 p.m., vandalism. Occurred on Park Circle. Subject threw rocks at reporting party's home damage house siding, ongoing issue. Reporting party wishes to get restraining order. Red Oak Drive 2:29 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Red Oak Drive. Reporting party wants husband to leave residences due to chronic drinking problems. Husband at home now but has not been drinking. Dispatch gave reporting party no to op care crisis for temporary restraining order assistance. Nugget/Miller 2:53 p.m., trespass with vehicle. Occurred at Nugget/Miller. Subject pushed bike off lots and not at location at this time. On vacant corner lots. White male adult riding dirt bike. Trespassing and against city ordinance regarding dirt bike riding in city limits. Highway 88 4:42 p.m., theft of property. Occurred on State Highway 88. Male subject took reporting party's wheel chair on foot headed towards post office on Highway 88. White male adult 30 years old no shirt cut off jeans tall brown hair. Walking with the chair. East School Street 7:03 p.m., violation of court order. Occurred on East School Street. Ex husband left reporting party a message that he was not bringing the children back tonight at 7:00 p.m. per their court order. Reporting party has cop of the order, just needs 11-10 to take a report for court. Ridge Road 7:06 p.m., theft of property. Occurred on Ridge Road. Reporting party's ex girlfriend took reporting party's dog. Female Vesla dog. Reporting party now has dog back but wants to make a report of the incident. Fairway Drive 8:59 p.m., burglary. Occurred on Fairway Drive. Garage broken into unknown what items missing. Kennedy Flat Road 9:25 p.m., battery. Occurred at Amador Motel on Kennedy Flat Road. Per California Highway Patrol, female subject reporting possible assault. Caller disconnected. On recontact, reporting party said her friend was in a fight with subject. Subject left in a black Ford truck F150, lowered. Headed towards Ione Pinewood Apartments. Colt Drive 9:56 p.m., welfare check. Occurred on Colt Drive. Reporting party has been attempting to get a hold of her for past two hours and is unable to make contact, three year old son at residence as well. Subject is not answering cell phone or home phone. Reporting party is out of town on business. Female is in good health as far as reporting party is aware. Would like contact. Negative arguments to permit female to not answer. May 7 Raggio Road 11:23 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Raggio Road. Possible scam to reporting party's mother. Today male subject made multiple phone calls to mother stating she won money and to meet at Walmart with $250 cash to claim winnings. Kennedy Flat Road 3:43 p.m., assault. Occurred at Amador Motel on Kennedy Flat Road. Subject was hit in the face by subject. First subject was knocked out and taken to the emergency room. Refused report last night, but now wants to make one. Camanche Road 7:43 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Lake Camanche on Camanche Road. Reporting party was to report his neighbor driving around in an unregistered/unlicensed golf cart. Lambert Road 10:35 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Lambert Road. Reporting party at main gate in a white Chevy dully. Reporting party came home from City Council meeting and found gates open, afraid someone is on the property because she can see motorcycle tracks, nobody seen in the area now. May 8-10 Camanche Road 1:35 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Lake Camanche on Camanche Road. Flashing light seen near Hat Island, coming from off lake, possible boater in distress. There is a boat on the lake, vehicle and trailer are at marina. Sugar Pine Drive 9:02 a.m., suspicious vehicle. Occurred on Sugar Pine Drive. Vehicle is parked in front of neighbor's residence. Home owners live in San Mateo and only come up on the weekends. Reporting party did call them and left a message on their phone. Reporting party advises that there are lights on inside the residence now. They were not on last night, he did go over and knock on the door, no one answered, and he has not seen anyone walking around the residence. Prospect Place 9:48 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Prospect Place MHP on Prospect Place. Theft of antique fire hose cart from MHP property. Reporting party states that they property was turned into Pioneer Fire Department and has been returned. Still wants to make a report to document incident. Reporting party will be at MHP till noon, then can be contacted at second business at Pioneer Creek Leather. Irishtown Road 11:28 a.m., welfare check. Occurred on Irishtown Road. Reporting party/employer with Sierra Pine. Reporting party has not head from employee in over a week. No answer at any number left to employer. 30 years old white male adult, unknown medical history. Employer has not gone to residence. Barney Road 8:48 p.m., citizen assist. Occurred on Barney Road. Would like to go on record that a male subject called her with a wrong number but she thinks possibly related to recent activity. Pine Grove Volcano Road 3:58 a.m., extra patrol. Occurred on Pine Grove Volcano Road. Reporting party states she will be leaving and returning on May 16. Vehicle that should be in the driveway silver/blue Subaru, red car and red truck. Several night lights on inside the house. Martell 10:56 a.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred at Save Mart on Highway 88. White male adult with glasses and redish brown hair in pony tail, facial hair in red maroon For Tempo sedan blasting music and making obscene hand gestures to store. Ridge View Drive 3:25 p.m., welfare check. Occurred on Ridge View Drive. Reporting party, 28 years old crying slurred speech, possibly has been drinking, is requesting temporary restraining order to avoid husband from taking four month old baby. Subject currently in Stockton, not an immediate threat. Reporting party's mom is at location. Silver Drive 6:43 p.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Silver Drive. Verbal threats over the phone. Reporting party believes the threat was made by subject. Reporting party has a court date with subject on Monday. Martell 9:43 p.m., suspicious circumstance. Occurred at Strings Italian Restaurant on Highway 49. Subject wanted his job back, and when reporting party said no he threatened the reporting party, walked out with an open beer container. Van De Hei Ranch Road 11:30 p.m., indiscriminate shooting. Occurred on Van De Hei Ranch Road. Come up Can De Hei, up Bonanza, first road on the right, into a cul de sac and first house on the right. Heard only. Loud party and shots heard four times. Ridge Road 1:32 a.m., animal call. Occurred at Ridge Road/ 1/2 mile West of Climax. Reporting hit a deer unknown if still alive. Reporting party would like a deputy to check. Reporting party has returned home. Buckhorn Ridge Road 2:54 a.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred on Buckhorn Ridge Road. Loud party. Ongoing problem. Reporting party wants to remain anonymous but would like contact via telephone. Shenandoah School Road 3:41 a.m., suspicious vehicle. Occurred at Shenandoah Community Club on Shenandoah School Road. Reporting party states a white pickup and a dark sedan are currently parked behind location. Reporting party would like contact via telephone. Eldel Road 3:28 p.m., welfare check. Occurred on Eldel Road. Reporting party states father was not feeling good. Has stroke history and is by himself. Subject was enroute to Oakdale and turned around to go back home. Reporting party wants contact. Highway 88 7:15 p.m., suspicious circumstance. Occurred at King James Orchard on Highway 88. No subject seen or vehicle seen. Items were taken out of the garage and hid on reporting party's property to possibly pick up later. Reporting party unsure if anything is missing, has not gone into the garage. Jackson Pines Drive 10:51 p.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Jackson Pines Drive. Received a call from a toll free 866 number and they said they were an operator and had a collect call from an unknown subject. Reporting party did not except the call but the operator said she can give a typed message. The reporting party thinks possible scam. May 11 Shake Ridge Road 8:35 a.m., illegal dumping. Occurred on Shake Ridge Road. During this month large items dumped on reporting party's porch and property wheel barrel, Hibachi, and numerous other items. Large tire was even placed purposely blocking reporting party's driveway. Unknown who is doing this. Hay Street 8:51 a.m., barking dog. Occurred on Hay Street. White house on corner front door faces Empire. Dog chained up on property and has been barking all morning. Unknown if food and water is available. Sugar Loaf Road 10:49 a.m., abandoned vehicle. Occurred on Sugar Loaf Road. Previous tenants lefts a vehicle on property. Reporting property was to know the process of being able to keep vehicle by default. Gold Circle Drive 11:18 a.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Gold Circle Drive. Reporting party received verbal threats by phone from a family friend. Reporting party is uncooperative and doesn't want to give anymore information. Rossbridge Road 1:03 p.m., barking dog. Occurred on Rossbridge Road. Two dogs won't stop barking. Continues problem 3-4 months. Reporting party spoke to female at dogs home but reporting party states she wasn't friendly at all. Reporting party wants to remain anonymous to avoid further issues. Doolittle Lane 2:00 p.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred on Doolittle Lane. Reporting party asked daughters boyfriend to leave residence and he refuses. Butte Mountain Road 6:09 p.m., citizen assist. Occurred on Butte Mountain Road. Subject has questions to why his son is subpoena to court. I advised the defense attorney determines that. He is still insisting on speaking with a deputy. May 12 Highway 88 7:16 a.m., vandalism. Occurred at King James Orchard on Highway 88. Fence line has been cut to the pasture. Corner of North West boundary of the East end per reporting party. Penrose Drive 9:04 a.m., theft of property. Occurred on Penrose Drive. Reporting party states credit card fraud. Charges have been found on account from Amazon.com that were not his. Reporting party has informed his bank and has been advised to obtain a police report. Martell 9:44 a.m., citizen assist. Occurred at Martell Station on Highway 49. Subject and reporting party live together as roommates and is wanting to talk to a deputy in regards to getting the eviction process started. Reporting party was uncooperative and would not give anything further. Highway 88 12:29 p.m., suspicious person. Occurred at Highway 88/Pioneer Volcano Road. Tall female walking down roadway possibly has been drinking. Subject walking a black lab and wearing a black jacket. Driving out towards West bound Pioneer Volcano Road from Red Corral area. Silver Drive 5:23 p.m., extra patrol. Occurred on Silver Drive South. Reporting party has recently evicted tenants and they did damage to property when they left, reporting party concerned that they are causing further damage when reporting party is not around.
