June 22 Alta Vista Court 8:42 a.m., welfare check. Occurred on Alta Vista Court. Subject was taken out of Kit Carson one month ago by caretaker and daughter was not notified. Daughter is concerned of elder abuse. Reporting party to remain anonymous. Tyler Road 6:06 p.m., suspicious person. Occurred on Tyler Road. Approximately 25 minutes ago reporting party's kids were home alone and two male subjects possibly armed with a pistol were out in front of the house. When the men saw the kids they took off running. Reporting party lives on 30 acres and has had issued in the past. First male: white male adult black hair/tall and skinny? Beanie/orange shirt/black pants (possibly had the gun). Second subject: bald/skinny and tall/white shirt/jeans (possibly had a knife in his back pocket. Subjects took off on foot deeper onto reporting party's property. No vehicles seen. June 23 Highway 49 10:01 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Manufactured Home Center on Highway 48. Combination to gate was changed approximately three months ago. Code on lock was found on old combination this morning. Last time reporting party was at business was last Wednesday. Forest Home Road 3:19 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Forest Home Road. Reporting party states handyman that works on property left yesterday to pick up a check in Sacramento. Subject is supposed to be back this morning for work and never showed up. Subject left residence with a large blue duffle bag and a backpack. Village Drive 9:45 p.m., trespassing. Occurred on Papoose Pond on Village drive. White male adult possibly living near the pond. Has a beard, unknown age, white or green older pickup. Reporting party wants contact without subject knowing she called. Last seen on backside of pond near the tennis courts. Possible camp in the brush in same area. June 24 Camanche Parkway North 9:23 p.m., welfare check. Occurred on Camanche Parkway North. Reporting party delivered a pizza to above location and stated that there are several high school kids inside drinking, and answered the door with handguns. They did not threaten reporting party with the guns but he is concerned that the kids are going to hurt themselves being drunk and playing with guns. June 25 Plymouth 8:47 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Highway 49/Main Street. She was harassed by another driver while driving in Plymouth. There was a verbal confrontation that occurred at the Sierra Trading Post. Occurred over an hour ago. She is receiving harassing phone calls now too from same subjects. June 26-28 Sutter Creek Road 10:48 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Sutter Creek Road. Woman lives by herself, advised senior center that possible PG&E representative was going to give free services if she provided her social security card. Reporting party concerned possible elder fraud/scam. Suspect stated they would be at residence within the hour. Martell 1:14 p.m., welfare check. Occurred at Jack in the Box on Old Mill Lane. White female adult, approximately 20 years of age, white t-shirt with logo, inside with an 18 month old child only wearing a diaper. Per reporting party she is not watching the child, when she went outside to get something out of her car, a light purple Mustang with Barbie's Dream Car sticker on it, the child wandered out to the drive up lane and was almost struck by a car. Newman Court 8:03 p.m., suspicious person and vehicle. Occurred on Newman Court. When reporting party was coming home reporting party saw a vehicle parked near her home, the vehicle turned around and followed her home. Reporting party believes it may be her ex husband, who had previously threatened to take their daughter. Vehicle went towards the back village towards duck and goose creek. Jackson 10:04 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Hospice Thrift Store on Argonaut Lane. Subject having issues with people going through the trash.
